Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To ensure appointments remain available for all clients, I kindly ask that any cancellations or requests to reschedule be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the full fee. Appointments cancelled (including no shows) with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the full fee.

I understand that unforeseen circumstances and emergencies can arise. Where appropriate, these situations will be considered with compassion and understanding.
